I don't think this is legit, after clearly struggling to read the script in English the gentleman asked for my account PIN number at which point I promptly hung up and ended the call. I will call Verizon for official details, but use caution. update!!!!! 8/24/2018 after checking the Verizon bulletin board online, I found that this was in fact a scam, so if you or anyone you know gave any of their account information please direct them to Verizon Technical support https://community.verizonwireless.com/thread/947027
