Called and asked if this was my number (it wasn't) Asked for my zip, 4 digit passcode, and the last 4 of my social. Said I didn't know my passcode and they sent me a replacement one. Gave the wrong zip code and said I wasn't comfortable giving my social. He said he needed it to reactivate my account over and over as I asked him why accounts get deactivated. In the end he started getting a bit hostile and said "WHAT IS THE LAST 4 OF YOUR SOCIAL" I said no so he hung up. Called back and not a valid number
