Bs robo call this one is really pathetic, come on piece of trash moron who make these, you can be more creative than that. Scam to change Verizon online password (Scam call) reported by


A scam Verizon agent called me then asked me to verify the Verizon Authorization Code that was texted to me. I supplied the information because the text message came from the same Verizon number from which I receive my bill payment confirmations. The fake rep told me I had unauthorized purchases they were trying to remove. After the call, I called Verizon myself to verify the legitimacy of the previous call. The genuine Verizon rep soon discovered I had been scammed. The fake rep had already changed my online Verizon account password and was trying to buy two new iPhones for nearly $2,000 using my Verizon account. Fortunately, I had called a genuine Verizon rep and promptly reset my password, so no damage was done.

Word of advice Verizon will not call you asking you for your account password. Why would Verizon call you asking for your password. Sorry I have no sympathy for you. You need to use common sense.
