They called me today. Asked if I could verify my zip code...I can't contact my bank cause it's a Sunday and they are closed. Is this a legitimate fraud detection company or did I get bamboozled?

according to reviews this is a service for fraudulent charges in a credit or debit account. I will contact my bank on next business day but I'm wondering why they didn't leave a message if this true? I'm a firm believer that if it's important, leave a message! Reverse lookup shows CnsEnfact-Event Reminder....?? also says it's part of a fraud service to a bank. I called back with no case # cuz none was left, wanted last name and zip code, couldn't find it that way and asked for card# and I said NO, they TOLD me to contact my bank for case number. we'll see.

I got 2 calls this Thanksgiving holiday,Friday and Saturday stating my debit card had was out on Hold for possible fraud and they left a case number...I called my bank instead of calling the number back.My CU verified on Saturday (today ) thst they use this service..They were i deed attempt fraud,my credit union has canceled my card and issuing a nrw card.So my suggestion,card your financial institutions to verify. .But,this 18772538964 is legit for my Florida Credit Union.

it's very helpfull and if you get a call from them answer it! its fraud detection center and they will help. I've made purchases on internet before and they call just to make sure you made those purchases and not some one else. If some else did they will cancel your card for you and send a new one (also happened to me). they work for your bank and are very helpfull!
