Yesterday (08/21) I recieved a call around 8am from this number. I let it go to voicemail and when i listened to it i got extremely freaked out over the fact that the automated message named my credit union, full name, and last 4 digits of my debit card. Of course being Sunday I was not able to contact my bank. I woke up to another call from this number today, again around 8am. I call my bank's actual number on a different phone and they confirm that this is legit and that they have 24 hr. Fraud service. They confirmed my recent purchases and told me that what put up a red flag was 2 declined Amazon Prime purchases that i did not authorize (thats a whole other story). So as of right now my account has been blocked and I am out a debit card for a week or two... I didnt believe this call eas real and just thought it was some scammers that had somehow got a hold of my info... Whether you believe these ratings or not, it would bebin your best interest to call your bank directly.

This IS a legit service. They are CNS Enfact based in N. Carolina. They work with First National Bank.( I called my bank to verify, which they did) Their other # is 800-262-2024. Talked with them about 3 fraudulent charges on my debit card, which was on an old card, since I had just received a new one last week. This IS a legit company!!!

Legitimate. My bank detected suspicious activity on my debit card and placed a hold on the card. Once I was able to verify the activity they removed the hold.

Auto call from 877-253-8964 saying there may be some fraudulent activity on my credit card from by bank. They used the name of the bank. The voice asked for me to enter my zip-code for the card. One my keypad entered the wrong number so by that time I decided something was wrong. I called my credit card company and the rep said there were no flags on my account. This looks like a scam that may be spoofing the 8772538964 number.

I got called at work today and didnt answer because I wasnt sure if it was legit. I called my credit union directly and my card had actually been compromised and shut off. Somebody in another state tried to charge $300 at a 7/11. The best thing is probably to just call your bank.

This is a SCAM. I can't believe you have it with such a high rating! People need to ignore this one. It is not a "legitimate financial fraud detector". It's people who want to glean personal financial info. If you doubt me, call your bank, they will tell you it's a scam.

It's not a scam. It's a legit fraud protection company hired by some banks and credit unions. Call your bank and they'll tell you the exact same thing. They're called CNS EnFact.

I did not answer this number the past two times that ive recieved a call from it. I let it go straight to voicemail. Since they first called me it was on a Sunday (yesterday) so I had to call my bank today. I called my bank's actual phone number and they confirmed that its their 24 hr. Fraud service (could they make it more well known or sounding a bit more secure yeah probably). But they blocked my account because i had 2 declined charges from amazon prime that i did not authorize. Like i said, i never made contact with the caller so i can not speak for their authenticity, but this call did prompt me to call my bank to see that this was a legitimate warning.

I received this call informing me that they were a Credit Card Fraud Detection service from the Riverset Federal Credit Union. On a pre-recorded message they asked me to verify my identity by pressing either number 1 or 2 in response to the following: They stated my name, the last 4 digits of my credit card number, and my social security number. They asked me to verify whether the last 3 transactions on my debit credit card were legitimate. They told me to call the number on the back of my debit credit card if I had any questions.

Don't worry- they ARE a Fraud Protection Service. I verified it with my bank. They are even the same company that took over for Target when they had that security breach with the debit cards at Christmastime. ???? Seems to be a legit company (CNS eNFACT - fraud detection company for your bank), but in some cases the users reported that their bank has no contract with this company, so double-check it with your bank if they call and ALWAYS be aware what data you provide for such callers... In my case I didn't answer this call when reading different forums for this number and called my bank instead...

12/7/14 Received calls (4) about fraud alert on bank card. stated name of my bank and wanted to verify last few charges on card. Did not give any info and decided to call bank 1-800 number instead. This all occurred over a week-end. Bank denied any fraud alert on their part; Checked with their security and no activity there either. checked account and no unusual activity. Bank stated that this is a scam. This is a way for hackers to get your personal info
