Union bank and trust fraud protection alert. They texted and called both from this number. I didn't respond to either. Instead I called my bank themselves, they confirmed there was a potential fraud charge on my account and we went from there.

I got a text about a fraudulent purchase on my debit card from Landmark National Bank that said to call this number. I saw fraudulent purchases in my transaction history on my bank's website, so I called and the only information they asked of me was my name, they had records of everything else. This is appears to be a legitimate number.

If valid reply yes, fraud NO I contacted the number on the back of the Debit card, and it was a valid text, there was fraudulent charges on my debit card, blocked and canceled the card, need to contact back to order new card, follow up phone call from 877-253-8964

The only problem is they wanted me to prove who I am, but had no way to prove who they were, and my iPhone listed the number as possible spam, so I was suspicious. Turns out after checking with my bank when they opened it was legit

Sent me a text first wanting to know if I made a certain charge on my card. Replied NO. Received another text to call. I called the number provided. He did NOT ask for any personal info other than my full name. Gave me specific dates and transactions which I needed to verify were mine with a simple yes or no.

Caller called from the carribean. Asked for last four of my social security number. When I asked them who they were they were mildly cooperative. I called my bank associated with the credit card and they said they never heard of this company or telephone number and they have their own in house fraud detection unit and would never give it to an outside third party. Sounds very much like a scam and attempt to get personal I formation from me.
