YES. SOPHISTICATED SCAM (sorta LOL) spoofing Citibank's number. They say $1498 charge on my CREDIT card suspected to be fraud (then it wouldn't go thru! Lol) and if it wasn't me, press 1. I was then transferred (ALWAYS BEST to hang up and call back on a number you are familiar with!) to a man with Preschool-level English knowledge. I said Thanks but I'll call back to report the fraudulent transaction (checked my balances, all is well!). He just kept repeating "No ma'am, we are not fraud!" (???) over and over. For kicks, I did try calling the same number back. Sounds like the standard Citi automated system but asks you to enter your SSN, DEBIT CARD NUMBER, AND ATM PIN(!!! YA RIGHT!). And wait, the call I got stated my credit card was compromised. But now they want my debit card number? WITH PIN no less! Hahahahahaha
