The call came almost immediately after a fraud alert text. The number was not my bank so seemed suspect. I called my bank's customer service numnber and they verified the fraud alert was real. As always a good reminder - if you're unsure about the origin of the phone number, call your bank directly to inquire.

They specifically noted Visa Debit card ending 0267. However, I don't have a card with those numbers. What gave me pause is that they had my name. So I went along with it a bit until they wanted me to validate my year of birth. HELL NO. Not today, Satan. I hang up and block the ****.

Received a message from them about potential fraud on my debit card. I was skeptical and called my bank instead. My bank verified the number and the fact that somebody in Texas had attempted to purchase something on my card for over $4000. If you have a similar experience, I suggest you contact your own bank first and let them verify the situation.

It's my credit union fraud service. (Service) reported by


I received a text and an email with consistent information. I did not have to give any information other than my case # and verify my telephone #. They listed some fraudulent transactions and advised that they will lock my account. I will have to contact my Credit Union tomorrow to dispute those charges. I was very skeptical.

I did not answer the initial call. Listened to the voice mail then went to my credit union and they verified this was a legitimate call. The credit union wrote down the same 800 number for me to call back and verify attempts made on my debit card. This is a legitimate call.

I went to my bank and the exec there verified that this is a legitimate service. He immediately cancelled my debit card and issued a new one.

A fraudulent charge was attempted on my CC. I verified that this number is legit by calling the "lost or stolen card" number on the back of my card. My bank did confirm that this was a legit call by the company they use to detect fraud

It's the fraud center that my bank uses. I called the number on the back of my debit card to verify that everything was legit, and it was. If you're unsure, just call the number on the back of your debit card.

Called in warning of a fraud alert. Had info on my last 4 transactions, dates, times and bank name. Didn't ask for any important information, text message gave me a case number and i recieved a call from their automated services. After confirming a few simple questions (2 confirmation questions asking if the last 4 transactions were true) i pressed 3 to acknowledge one of them was not known/confirmed. Went on hold for about 10 minutes and spoke to an actual representative. (she was very quiet but really nice! Kaitlynn i believe her name was.) And confirmed my account was suspended to keep from further damages being done. Since they're a third party fraud detection company they didn't have alot of information on my particular bank's help line but did suggest i call them as soon as i had the ability to do so. She also explained a bit about where the unknown access happened at. We spoke a bit on potential other routes around this issue, but sadly since it was a Saturday and my bank is closed on Sunday I was unable to really do anything else. It's a legitimate number, just need to answer your case number, and confirm or deny your last 4 transactions. If you don't recognize a transaction, it explains them in more detail the second time, and you press 3 to be sent to a representative.

Initially I interacted with an automated message but after waiting on the line I was able to speak with a person. They provided adequate information to make me believe that they were not committing a scam (They told me charges on my card they wouldn't be able to know without being legit).
