Some people mentioned that it's AT&T, but others have mentioned that it's a spoofed number. Reading about this number online seems like there's a wide variety of reasons "AT&T" called them, from surveys to promotional credit being applied to their phones after giving them their social security number. Either way, I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.
