Received robocall stating AT&T and my account was being blocked for unusual activity. Wanted me to press 1 then want zip code. I hung up and called AT&T. My account is not blocked and never was blocked. AT&T took a report and gave me a number to contact if I received any more robocalls.

Called and had the AT&T music intro and then a automated message saying that my account has been suspended due to suspicious activity and to press 1. I hung up and called AT&T directly and they said there is no such activity on my account. I called the number back and it has an automated message that says "Are you or someone in your household over 50 years of age, press 1 for yes, press 2 for no"

I answered since I knew it was something off, said it was att and my line was suspended due to suspicious activity to press 1 to reactivate. I played along I pressed 1, then it asked for my zip code, I put in 12345, then it asked for my att pin , I put a random one, then it asked for last 4 of ssn , I put a random one. It said my account was reactivated, don't fall for the trap.

Got a call from this number saying they were from AT&T and that my account had been locked due to suspicious activity and to provide my details. I immediately hug up, called AT&T and confirm this was not them and it was a scam to get my personal info.

2 min ago I don't answer calls that aren't stored in my phone anymore because of all these indian scammers. I have a voicemail that states that and says if you personally know me leave a message and I'll call back... if you're a scammer, know that I'm reporting every call to the police and all other legal agencies so please do keeping calling and leaving messages and learn our language! Robocall, thick accent... claimed to be AT&T. Said my account was compromised due to suspicious activity, and that if I wanted to “maintain access to my account online, Press 1 now.” I hung up and blocked number.
