ATT REP FAKE (Call centre) reported by


They called and said that someone is trying to order iphones and that I need to change my address to the original (mine) because someone changed it (but didn't actually). Claimed to be ATT REP. and said that they needed to varify that it was me on the service and that a code will be sent. Complied with them think it's actually ATT. Called me twice and I started to feel something in my gut. So I searched their number and thank you for this site. Called them actual AT&T up and changed passcode so they won't access the account.

Called and claimed to be AT&T claimed there was suspicious activity on my account and told ME MY PERSONAL ADDRESS AND I STOPPED HIM RIGHT THERE AND I 3 way called him with AT&T and he hung up.

ATT Scam (Scam call) reported by


Impersonated ATT claiming there was an outage and that they would be crediting my account for the inconvenience. They had an alarming amount of my personal information when they placed the call. They changed authorized users on my account, my passcode, my address, ordered new phone lines, ordered phones, and made a ton of charges to my account. All was caught by ATT and charges reversed.

Pretended to be from the service provider for my phone. (Scam call) reported by


Caller said that cell usage will be disrupted for a few hours tomorrow then asked me to share my password. I then received a text from my Svc provider saying someone was trying to change the password on my account and that a legit rep would only ask for a code if I called them!!! Not the other way around! Complete scam. Also this # calls all the #s on my plan repeatedly multiple times in a row making us think it must be important! Verified with my carrier that this is not the carrier calling!
