Like in previous comments, "US Department of Grants" "$9000 that you do not have to pay back" all said by someone that barely spoke english. This was actually the second time someone from this scam tried to get information from me.

I told the man that he had the wrong number and he said he would give me $250 to suck his *. I don't know what kind of drugs he was on. I just laughed and hung up the phone.

This is a scam to get you checking account info. They say they are from a goverment branch and you have been randomly selected to receive a free grant that you don't have to pay back. Bull!!! Nothing is truly free and when you ask why they didn't sent anything in the mail or if they can they just repeat themselves. SCAM!!! Please don't fall for it.
