This number showed up on my phone and I just let it go to voicemail as I didn't recognize it. A message was left and when I played the message back all that was on there was heavy breathing. Period. I mean. Really?!?!

Calls multiple times and never leaves voicemail. Another review mentioned that it could be paypal credit, I wouldnt know because they never leave any information.

The calls are meant as an irritant. You would be really stupid to provide personal information such as SSN, credit card info to these callers. Their phone number is not identifiable nor do they identify themselves. It is a call center. Make a payment to make it stop, but make it the way you normally do; NOT using those callers.

I was late making my monthly payment to PayPal 5 days and the calls started. Day & night, at LEAST 6 times a day and NEVER leave a message!! I don't answer unknown calls. No caller ID.

My phone notifies me if am incoming call has been retorted as a fraud. She answered saying they are PayPal credit. I asked about the fraud listing & she seemed surprised and inquired "this number? The 1-800-xxx-xx?" Totally different number. I asked her to verify it's really PayPal and she had to " ask her boss". After that she said they wouldn't verify who they were unless they got my personal info. By then I had googled the number and found no link to PayPal.I asked her about that and she just said she didn't know what to say, but luckily I did! Goodbye! I have all recorded
