Student loans "problem" (Scam call) reported by


Caller identified self as Rachel Stevens, agent number 3121, gave a reference number of 00539, and described the reason for calling as a "problem" with student loan payments. Caller did not identify who in the household she was contacting, what sort of problem it was, or more critically, what organization she was affiliated with. Google indicates that a number of people have received the exact same call, many of whom had no loans at all.
