I get a call at least every day, sometimes multiple times a day, from morning till night, stating "we know you're busy, but please log in to [best buy account services URL]" I have no balance on the card, and zero reason they should be contacting me. Thank you spam filter! Now I only have to deal with the voicemails...

I am very high on debt and had to sign up with National Debt Relief to help get all my debts paid. They advised me not to use any of my credit cards that I owe and not to answer any calls from the credit card company or debt collectors. This number is from Citibank one of the companies I owe money. They have been calling me twice a day every day during business hours. In order for me to ignore these calls I would set my phone on do not disturb so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Said I bought a home entertainment system from Best Buy. I bought a laptop. Gave them my wrong SSN and name, they still asked for the money and had my ''account'' pulled up. Kept asking for debit card for payment. I asked "what kind of scam is this," she just laughed and said no this is citibank i've worked here for 2 years. I told her I will make my best buy payments in store and she said that's fine but after some time, then again insisted on a payment over the phone.
