Some 1 tried charging to a catalog in California for $92. Thankfully it's a prepaid card iCloud $ onto to pay Bill's and I only have $4 in acct right now. But this all started with me and my aunt looking online for a car to buy. On Facebook was a add and it ended up being fraudulent. They say they will be going through Ebay motors to transport car to me for free. Most of these fraudsters say their hubby died and it was his car and need $ for Bill's or they are in military and over seas for a long deployment. U email them and they answer your question and say to send them your name, address, and phone # and they will give Ebay the info and ebay will email me back with 24 hrs with a order #. Slmehow with just that little info they were able to start logging in my google account aswell and my aunt's and then she found 5 purchases she didnt make and now I get a call which I also got a text from my card saying a charge was denied for $92. So everyone be careful and dont trust car ads on facebook. Ebay stated if they are selling a car it will post on ebay website and no where else.

Same with me! I caught it right away and turned the email and info into eBay Spoof.com eBay no longer accepts prepaid cards in auto transaction. I've gotten to where I've stopped shopping on line.

Robo called saying a name I do not know and said a bank I have never used. Called twice asking to press a number. I hung up! Besides never gave my cell to anyone but family and friends. Obviously a scam of some sort.

FCC Bank Fraud Alerts! The hold times are long, however it is a good idea to take this call or call it back. I drive for MTM and am reimbursed through USBank, they put a fraud alert and suspended my account for 3 transactions totalling under $10.0. kind of stupid, but cant be too careful these days.
