I placed an $ 299 order for a flower arrangement to the funeral home. My best friends Father and Mother passed away. I ordered them yesterday but they called today 3 hours before the visitation to tell me the item was not available ! I will definitely not use this company again. By the way...I absolutely couldn’t understand the call reps ! Where the HELL are they from ?

1800flowers, sells flower arrangements and keepsakes, (1800flowers.com), call was about a problem with my order. appreciated the call and friendly voicemail left. only downside is they outsource to a call center and i have yet to talk to one without an accent. all 3 of the ppl i have talked to have been friendly and understanding and if they didnt know the answer they sent me to someone who did.

This is apparently a legitimate callback number for 1-800 Flowers. but they are the absolute worst company in the world! They have called me multiple times about an order and each time I call back they won't tell me anything and will not cancel my order. Do not use this company!

This is a legitimate callback number for 1-800 Flowers. Yes they are a bit of a pain because they outsource to a call center and the agents have accents, but the calls I received were about a problem with the order I placed.
