1-800-Flowers I have used this company for years. However, they have out serviced their support to a foreign company. I could not understand the lady. Later found out they screwed up the order and failed to deliver to the memorial service! How embarrassing for my family.

Caller left message saying they were from a company I order from giving an order number and a phone number to call. The company was genuine but the order number was bogus so I skipped calling the phone number.

I have real orders with 1800Flowers. I got a call this morning from a woman barely able to say the company's name (it sounded like wonderfulflowers.com on my voicemail) and read an order number that didn't exist for either of my orders. I contacted 1800Flowers directly and after looking everything over, they told me there were no issues with either. I have used them for years and while I have from time to time had an issue with an order where they contacted me, I never had anything like this call. Numbers can be spoofed and it may have just been a coincidence that I got this kind of call while having outstanding orders at a holiday.

Foreign sounding "Mike" called from "<Nearly indistinguishable> Flowers.com." I listened 3 or 4 times to the message which sounds like it was coming from a car in motion. I think he said 1-800- flowers. I could barely understand the phone number, either and I listened 6 times to get it straight. He wants me to call, and gave me a "reference number" that was not the item number nor the order number. I thought it was fishy right off the get-go. I think it's a scam even more so now that several days have passed and he never called back. I thought it strange that no one emailed first about this as the order isn't due for delivery for another week yet.

1800Flowers.com, NOT A SCAM--after reviewing the previous report, I let this go to voicemail and then called the company directly, and they confirmed that they were trying to reach me. This LEGIT number is calling regarding an issue with an order I placed earlier today, although it is obviously a foreign help center.

I received a call from this number purporting to be from 1-800-Flowers. They said something was wrong with the order. Instead of calling them back, I decided to call the real 1-800-Flowers (the number on their website). They informed me that this was a scam and nothing was wrong with my order. I can only assume the positive reviews are the conartists trying to make their scam seem legitimate.

I placed an $ 299 order for a flower arrangement to the funeral home. My best friends Father and Mother passed away. I ordered them yesterday but they called today 3 hours before the visitation to tell me the item was not available ! I will definitely not use this company again.
