They actually called my wife's number asking me to call back this number with a 7 digit code to confirm it was me. They stated they were with Optum Rx of which I am a customer, but will now quit them as their help line couldnt give me an answer and struggled with english.

I have blocked calls from this number, stating they are Optimum Rx with a medication refill. This is NOT the company my insurance uses for Rx medication and after the 4th or 5th time, I just blocked the number on my phone. They still try but at least now it goes immediately to VM and I can delete.

optumRX, has been calling me at least twice a day. I finally went through their recording today, where they told me the importance of taking my medicine (they knew the names of my meds). I then selected their option to end the call. they called back within 15 minutes

2 Robo calls from Optum RX. First left a really bad voice message, like a warped cassette recording. Second message was clearer, said it was a reminder about a renewal. My former employer used Optum RX, but not now. Blocking it.

Some medical company (Robocall) reported by


Very BAD robocall. Called SEVEN (7) times within 10 min, some blocked by Hiya, but not all. I answered the last one. Foreign accent, bad sounding robocall, had my first name somehow, robo asked if I was _____ which I could not understand. I was silent for a bit, then hung up. I guess that after getting answer they didn't call for the eighth time! They called day before yesterday too, that's why I had blocked it on Hiya. They kept CALLING BACK, 7 times in 10 min!

This company calls multiple times a day claiming to be Presbyterian Health Plan. I have that coverage and attempted to call back. I got concerned and hung up and searched the number they had me call them back on and it came up as a scam. I blocked the number they were calling from and they now call with a blocked number so I can't block them anymore. Annoying and suspicious company asking for information under false pretenses.

I called back and they asked for my birthdate-said the were Optimum RX. Caller ID said something else as well as app I use didn’t give any info. I waited on the line to see if a CSR would answer and no one did. i hung up.
