As others, they claimed to be from OptumRx, although the caller ID read “Your Health Plan” and they wanted to know if they could connect me to Walgreens to arrange for my second Covid shot. I didn’t get my first or second Covid shot from Walgreens!!!

Said I needed to get my 2nd covid shot and they could call Walgreens to set it up for me. I don’t need a 2nd shot and wasn’t vaccinated at Walgreens…just got my booster there. Only personal info asked was confirming name (which they had) and for the year of birth which is public record anyway.

Everyone said it was "Optum Rx". Now it says it's "Walgreens". I work for them in the pharmacy, our automated system will never leave a message saying you need an authentication code and that you have to call back. Obviously a scam trying to collect info.

This is NOT Optum Rx. It is a scam call attempting to get your personal information. Optum Rx never leaves this type of message giving you a 7-digit number to give them when you call them back to “make sure it’s you” as the recording states. Don’t fall for it!????

They actually called my wife's number asking me to call back this number with a 7 digit code to confirm it was me. They stated they were with Optum Rx of which I am a customer, but will now quit them as their help line couldnt give me an answer and struggled with english.
