Very long recorded message said they were calling for Keith from AARP United Healthcare; kept asking to enter a choice & eventually gave number to call back & code to reference. Other reviews said they called AARP UHC & were told they hadn't been trying to contact so it was a scam call re Medicare plans.

I saw this number flagged as scam on several sites as a fake Medicare call. To be safe, I called the number on my official documents and asked if anyone would be calling me for any reason. They are not trying to reach me. Suggest strongly that anyone answering not give out personal info, based on reviews and flags on several sites, plus my experience today.

SAid they were from AAARP medical healthcare plan. I called AARP (Scam call) reported by


and they said it was not from them, they would not call and referred me to their fraud department where I gave them the information from the voice mail.

Computer voice indicating a special code to call United Health Care. I contacted UHC and they did not recognize the number. Was told to contact my retiree/group. I have not done that yet.
