These are scammers. Real debt collectors do not leave messages threatening anything or stating they are filing a claim. A real debt collector will ask you to call and usually provide hours. If you have any doubt, wait until you get something via regular mail (not email). No real suit can proceed until, at least, you are notified by mail.

These people called my house several times, which I ignored. They some hire got my mom's cell phone number and caked her. So I called then back, the guy I spoke with was very rude and said I owed cach net $1088. I needed to pay it today or they was going to file the paper work for me to go to court on charges of breach of contract, this loan was from 2010 lol.

Do not call them back, they are scammers. They said their name was IRP and associates. The lady that kept calling me was named sara. When I called I she asked to speak to her because the guy was very rude, he refused to let me speaks to anyone but him.

After I blocked his number from my cell phone when I found out it was a scam for sure, 100% sure, they then somehow got my parents brand-new phone number and started calling it. We do not even share the same last name anymore and I have never used them for a reference on any type of loan whatsoever. So how is it that a scam artists like this gets a hold of information like my parents phone number and start harassing them? These people need to be arrested ASAP. And what I don't understand, is if there are this many complaints made then why hasn't something done about it. If the scammer can hunt us down, then why can't the FTC hunt them down! It seems to me that no one cares about good citizens getting scammed. I have now been called by the same company over 30 times. What's next do they start calling my employer and I lose my job due to a scam artist? Where does it end?

They get that information through your cell phone. All the permissions you have to give for the different apps. Why does voicemail need permission to access your contacts, media files and be allowed to record audio?

This number kept on calling me so I finally answered to tell them they have the wrong number once the "agent" the man was rude first sentence he says "is this John?" I said no I believe you have the wrong number once I said that he hung up. I honestly think this is a scam don't not call them back or answer.

call from Allison/Sara/Lisa Schrader. They automated messages saying they have information in their office attached to my name and social security number. I answered once on 4/25/16 and the woman said they were IRP and associates, and I have a claim from advance America for breach of contract for a loan I took out last year. I never took out any loan so I told her I don't know what she is talking about. She said if I continue to dispute the allegations she would sign off on the claim and a process server would be at my house that day to summons me to court. The loan was for supposedly $499 and I could resolve the matter with them. I hung up. Needless to say no process server has summoned me to court. This is a total scam trying to get people to give personal info or money. Today I checked my blocked messages and they called today, 3 calls were from Sarah Schrader saying they made every attempt to resolve the matter and would like me to call back to attach my personal statement to their file before processing. The last call was from a man Stanley Jacobs saying he would like to speak with me about a claim. I can't stand people like this, get a real job. I reported this phone number to the ftc and will continue to block the call until I get my court summons.... LMAO!

This is a SCAM. They called first saying they were with Social Security Disability and needed a return call about my claim. I reported them to the FTC on 4/20/16. They called me again today with a different story and different first name of the caller (Allison/Lisa Schrader). I will update the FTC. DO NOT talk to these scammers!

This number called my phone asking for a relative. Very rude, tried his best to sound like a police officer. Said it was regarding some "claim" against the person! No other information given. Tried to find the company online and the only thing I found was this page! Don't answer.

Some Alison lady keeps freaking calling me telling me about some docs with my name and ss. I don't answer bc 855 numbers are usually scams, but it gives me a file#.. so idk, I'm pretty confused, but have an effy feeling too lol

SMH, don't call them back. They are a scam agency. They called posing as Social Security and then again as a different agency. Do not give them any personal information. You can file a complaint with the FTC because what they are doing is highly illegal. Best of luck.
