called both my number and my husbands number, from an UNknown blocked number, told me to call this 855 number because there is a court summons for me for a loan from 1999!!!! saying I owe 4K, not even on my credit report. I called the local county and they said there is nothing whatsoever in the courts filed for this.

I work at a large state university. We have been receiving calls for the past few months looking for student's (or people that don't work or attend classes here). After the recording requesting to speak to Patrick, I was given this call back number & a reference number. I pressed zero and spoke to a woman who said she would remove our number from their system (they all say they will, but it rarely happens).

Called telling me that they have a case against my wife of 27 years but wouldn't tell me anything else. They were very rude and refused to even tell me the name of their firm or the firm that they claim to be representing.
