No Name of organization calling from. Said they were attaching some statement of intent, whatever that means! Rubbish. Called on Sunday saying "4th attempt", called on Wednesday saying "4th attempt" as well!

looking for someone (Nuisance call) reported by


This is about the 4th call from these people, looking for the same person each time. The caller says they have my name and SS# and I need to call them back & give a certain code to reference the file. I did call back the second time I got a call from them. Some man asked if I was A---D---. I said no and I had never heard of that name or person. I said the person they are looking for is lying about the name and number. The guy said he would remove my name from their calls, but today I got 2 more calls from them after several weeks of not having them call me. At the very beginning of the call I can hear the name A---D---from a recording, before anyone speaks. I will block these calls and hope that works.

This number called my cell phone, left message threatening legal action, also called my mothers phone number and said same thing. Sounds very professional and believable. If I didn't know how collections work I would believe it, DON'T fall for it. It's a scam, they have to notify you by mail.

Scam I fell for it saying I owe from cash net USA in which I payed off in settlement agreement 2 yrs ago for 300 well I even showed them an email confirming my payment paid in full case closed he put me on hold then said that there is two debts at this point I was going to hang up anywho saying I still owed 500 through them no way I made several calls confirming it has been paid off from original lender he wouldn't give up saying he was going send to my credit report I told him go ahead I have nothing to worry about don't fall for it people!!!

I received a call from this company stating I owed Cash Net USA from a loan back in 2012. I explained that it had been paid and I do not owe anything. He did not provide me the Fair Debt Consumer Reporting Act verbal disclosure that they were attempting to collect a debt. )( Illegal) I asked if I was on a recorded line. He said no. He said they can call and say what they want. I explained that they cannot there is something called the law and I was reporting them to the FCC.

I have been receiving calls from a 1-855-764-8926 claiming to collect a debt (which did not state an amount) and asked if I wanted to resolve this "now" (13 January 2017), or in court. I have been checking my credit report and I have no such debt from an ACE Cash Advance. They claim to be acting in part of ACE Cash Advance and threatened to go to court, and mentioned sending a notice The man's name was Eric Singletary (or Singleterry) not sure how it was spelled his extenstion is 109. . I researched their company online and there is no IRP & Associates that is a valid debt collecting agency. I do not know how they have my phone number or how they obtained my personal information. I reported him and the Call to the FBI, FTC, Social Security Administration and other agencies.

Called me at 1200 hrs CST on 29 DEC 2016. Male posing as an alleged company he named as IRP Associates, asked for me by name, claiming he was trying to collect on a debt on behalf of one of those online personal loan companies. Caller ID confirms the number as 855-764-8926. Caller claimed that he was trying to collect on a debt resulting from breach of contract, demanded immediate payment, and threatened to take me to court. I explained I am disabled, that even travel to court is problematic and expensive at best, and that as I am disabled, low income, and on Social Security, and that travel for reasons other than medical is not covered, nor likely to happen (especially this time of the year). I also informed the caller that I am a victim of identity theft (well documented with law enforcement and all known credit reporting agencies), and according to my state's laws, judgment proof. This apparently upset him, as he began using inappropriate language, engaged in name calling, and even went so far as to threaten me personally. His final threat was that he would call me every day (a bit difficult if he were to carry out his other threats, but okay). I wished him good luck with that, explained that I document and record all incoming calls for my protection, and asked if he had anything further to add before I disconnected the call. He did, but not anything different from earlier, though he did seem to be even angrier. Having reasoned that I was dealing with an idiot incapable of having a normal, respectful, civilized conversation regarding why he had called in the first place (he was completely spun, and using language that would make a diesel mechanic at a trashy truck stop blush), I said good bye and disconnected the call. This is an obvious scam, either that or this is the worst debt collector I've ever debt with who wishes to be sued and sent to jail. The idiot wasn't even of entertainment value, though I can say with a degree of confidence he wasn't

I keep getting phone calls saying there are concerns with my identity/social security. I feel as though they would mention my name and how urgent it is for me to call back etc etc. I have not called back or answered because I believe this is 100% a scam and somebody trying to actually steal my identity. Does this sound familiar to anybody or has this happened to anybody through this number?
