Person says he Signa Fi [sic] (Scam call) reported by


It is my understanding that this person wants to schedule an appointment with a doctor to "answer questions." He told me about 3 days ago that they are [sounds like] Signa Fi, a sister company with Humana. I talked with Humana a day later, and there is no sister company -- if the caller purports to be on behalf of Humana, one can ask for his/her code and call Humana direct. I simply told the gentleman today that I don't believe him and not to call me again. I would be EXTREMELY SURPRISED if this caller is calling on behalf of Humana. Calls on behalf of Humana will come directly from Humana. I believe that this company is either scamming or trying some "shady" marketing by some form of misdirection.

Yeah, Humana can be annoying. However, I've had their insurance for close to 20 years, and they've been good to me. Yes, they need to stop with the telemarketing; I get tired of as I'm already a customer!
