This is an attempt to schedule an in-home visit to determine if you may have medical conditions (high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD, etc.) that your primary physician may not be treating for. If you are on a Medicare Advantage Plan, Medicare pays the insurance company a dollar amount based on your medical conditions. The more conditions, the more dollars they collect each month. In short, they want to be sure your primary physician isn't "holding back" anything they can list as a medical condition they can add to the list to increase revenue. If you have a Medicare Supplement, they could not care less if you are treated for health conditions because the less you see the doctor, the less they payout. In other words, its all about the bottom line, dollars.

I set the appointment up for today. I tried calling back this morning, no answer. I had to leave a message for a call back. I am going to cancel my in home visit due to the increase in covid-19 in my area. I am not reading anything positive about this company.

Started calling a year ago. I reported it to the FRC after he started calling throughout the day every day. After a month, the calls stopped. 6 months later he started calling again. I texted him several times to stop calling me. He kept calling. I filed a formal complaint again on the ftc website. Again, the calls stopped. Today he is back calling again.
