They represent Humana on behalf of Sygnified Health Insurance. Want to set up appointment for in home visit. Called us 5 times now. Each time I explain nicely we are not having guests into our home. They invite themselves, we say no thank you and they call back at all hours sometimes too early in the morning. I am frankly going to change our number to avoid these calls. I have a special message on my voicemail for them to not call us. Humana has no record of these calls. and they always makes notes when they do so I suspect this is a 3rd party company trying to get us to switch companies.

HUMANA THIRD PARTY HARRASSMENT (Telemarketer) reported by


Humana hires these third party contractors at extremely low Medicare paynenta to try to sign up insuree's to there Medicare advantage benefits provided by a third party provider. Certainly great opportunity for seniors who are not alert to be scammed and taken advantage if. Humana corporate continues to harass and bother insuree's with these continued third party calls even after being told to stop Inhopebthis incoming Biden administration that has to be lived with for the next 4 yrs will create some laws to stop these telemarketers, scams, robocalls, etc., and place violators in prison. The Do Not Call lists are not enforced. Wake Up America.

I have received these calls at least 5 times and each time I have said we prefer not to be called. I asked for a website, and none was given. I did it myself. They Claim to represent Sygnified Health calling on behalf of Humana to set up a "wellness visit." I explained we do not wish to have unrelated people to our household because of the Pandemic, we do not want to get covid. Reasonsable. They keep calling back even after I called and reported them. I appreciate their interest in our health but this is ridiculous.

I was expecting a call from a company so I answered this toll-free call. It was a lady claiming to be calling on behalf of Humana (my ins co). She stuttered a bit as if she lost her place in her script. She wanted to set up an appt for an "in home" visit by some dr I don't even know. You all DO know that these in-home visits are often made by out-of-state drs or nurses and their flights, car rentals, hotel, all of it is paid for. You can find the job listings online. The reason why they do this is to diagnose you with things you don't have to increase the payout to Humana by CMS. Your insurance company gets paid a set amount MONTHLY for each qualifying diagnosis (example: depression gets them $300/month). It's pure greed and baloney. There's stories online by people who've agreed to these visits as well as some who came to people's homes. I said to the lady, "If I knew this call was about this, I wouldn't have answered." Then I hung up.
