I didn't answer, it went to voicemail. It was a computer voice canceling a Comcast appointment. I don't have Comcast. I never made an appointment with them either. I'm pretty sure if it was a real call, they would have confirmed my name/account number and not just state they were Comcast without any type of identification.

Basically trying to cancel a scheduled service call by telling me everything was fine, which it's not, then they wanted to do the same reset protocols that had already been done twice, which I refused. So they agreed to keep the service appt.

There has been ongoing issues with the Xfinity internet. The tech had a thick accent, and wanted to cancel appt as line tested remotely at acceptable speed. No, it is not. Appt not cancelled. Requested a tech on site.

This was a call to verify a service appointment for my Internet service. I called this number back and spoke with a CSR. They believe that the issue was taken care of remotely and requested that I verify the download speeds. I could not as I was at work. The CSR stated that the technician appointment was still scheduled and would be verified then.

It is Comcast Customer Service with an unintelligible woman with a heavy and whiny Indian accent. Tells me my internet connection is good and strong now when it's been out fm yesterday at 5:30pm to today at noon. THEN on and off 3 times til her call at 3:00pm!!!!! USELESS COMCAST!!!
