I come with answers after my own investigation. I have just called myself to really know what it is and finally it is a recorded message from a company that is called IOS SOLUTION and that says call us on behalf of Fido to propose to us New offers. After the message, we are asked to select the 2 to remove our number from their list of customers to contact. The message is in French and then in English. I did research to see if this company had a website and here is where to find them online; Www.iosolutions.ca
