So I answered the call, and apparently they are people hired from Fido, trying to offer me better deals. The thing is, I'm from a french speaking part of Canada. When I asked (in french) if they could speak the language since I could barely understand what they were saying over their thick accent, the lady on the phone just went ".........nah.". Not sure if that's the professional attitude you would expect from a real telemarketer if it was one, hah.
