After having these guys on the phone for 18 mins the only thing they want is your full SSN and your credit card number, When told that most of the time the ID process is name and last 4 of SSN or an acct number, The response was enough to show the scam behavior she began verbal assault and harassing behavior with treats of credit reporting. Even though the computer voice sounds real the humans show they are scammers.

Robocall dropped as i answered. CID tagged them as Capitol One. i have no credit cards, have been on DNC list for decades, and have repeatedly tried to get them to remove my number from their unethical marketing attempts.

Called my personal cell ph. & didn't leave message. I called # back & male recorded voice said Capital One; said to give last 4 digits of my credit card or last 4 of my Soc.Security #. I hung up. Later I called the real Capital One to inquire why they called. The rep went thru my entire record & showed they did NOT call me for anything. I had not used my card in 18 mos. & they showed no calls had been made to me. I think it's a scam, probably "spoofing" a phone number & pretending to be Capital One to get all your personal info.

They called me at 5 am and said something about better interest (Nuisance call) reported by


They said something about better interest on my credit card and this is my last chance for them to help me. But 5 am really !! Its against the law to call at that hour.
