Robocall "Alice from Capitol One Visa Services" claimed i am eligible to lower my interest rate on card (i do NOT have card with them). Press one to speak to Operator ... They answered with a garbled name, but it DEFINITELY was not Capital One. i reminded i am on DNC list & asked my # be removed.

Scammer used this number to call me back when I played the fool and hung up on them. Normally, they'd call me daily from a random local number claiming to be Credit Card Services and that they can give you 0% interest on all your major credit cards. Really they're phishing for credit card numbers.
