this IS legitimately a BOA number, BUT it's being spoofed. I called it back to let them know, and they know of the issue and are working on it. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Just because the number APPEARS legit don't trust that it's true. No reason for someone at this number to call me. I haven't called them to inquire about anything. I don't have any business relationship with them. When people call you cold trust no one!!!

I answered and selected "1" to speak with someone. When I asked that they remove my number from their list the other person became belligerent, aggressive, and argumentative. I hung up and have blocked the number on my phone.
