Fraud Chase call (Scam call) reported by


A person call me telling me that my debit card have been used in a possible fraud. They asked me for my MTA pin number in my card and my cvv code. Of course I didn't tell them that information. They give to me the full number in my card that scared me. I call Chase immediately and they confirmed me that that call was not coming form them. I locked my card just in case.

Immediately hung up and called Chase Fraud Dept and they didn't have any charges that were suspicious on my account. They tried to called back twice while I was on the phone with Chase Fraud.

Claimed to be chase fraud department & then hacked my online bank (Scam call) reported by


They claimed to be chase fraud department and asked to verify my identity (I had already googled the number and it had chase listed for that number) I got a pin by text and read it to them. They told me to hold and then came back and said there had been a mistake. Just then I get a text that said my online password had been changed. They immediately tried to take money through Chase Quick Pay but I had already contacted the fraud department so they were blocked. Chase identity fraud department is looking into the matter.

Got exactly the same call and what followed was two quick pay transactions, fortunate for me, there was not enough money to send the second transaction throught. BLOCK THIS 800#
