I changed my phone # & my new number used to be owned by a guy/gal who owed these people money. it took quite a while for me to convince them I wasn't him, then finally threaten them with a lawsuit to quit calling me with their robocalls. They had the audacity to tell me I should get a another new number. I sent them proof of my new number on Verizon bill & Proof my mortgage is current & not with them. I get 4+ robo calls a day starting at 6 a.m. I saw many negative things online about them also.

What they should do is list who they are since it is the Mortgage Company that is managing for Citi...You know if we have caller ID and there is no name, just 1-800 services then I have no name either.....:)

I'm one minute away from reporting them for harassment. I don't need 10 phone calls telling me to call them because my mortgage payment is due. I've had the loan for 20+ years - I know when it's due. I have told them why they will not get the payment on the 1st but they continue to call me everyday until I make the payment. STOP CALLING ME!!!

Called left no message, I called jthem back. After waiting on hold 15 minutes got a real person, said we had not sent in mortgage payment on May 1. Then asked for my ss#, told them would not give it to them and that once we knew Citimortgage had sold our mortgage to them effective May 1 we refinanced with a more reputable mortgage company and to never contact us again. The note the bought had already been paid off...just wanted money and ss#, so glad we got a better mortgage service.
