called several times, my voice mail picked up, they did not say anything but I could clearly hear background noises and other people talking. I blocked the number.

Claimed they were a spectrum employee trying to help the process of switching over from brighthouse to spectrum. Little did he know I had spectrum already. He was asking questions about my account. Be aware of this sort of call...they are phishing for information. I called Spectrum and the number does not belong to them.

Some guy with a thick Indian accent said he was from Spectrum Cable and wanted me to answer questions about their service. I could barely understand him so I hung up.

Called at 6:14pm stayed on for 43 seconds without saying anything. I could hear them breathing and noises in the background. I said nothing as I've heard they record your voice... Lol

732-210-0461 called 29 Nov 2016 at 2:23pm. South River, New Jersey. CID reads CHARTER. Recorded message ~ then hangs up. In our area CHARTER Spectrum has taken over Bright House Networks. Called B.H. yesterday regarding billing issue. Now have received 2 or more Robocall Surveys.
