Missed call... I called back & they introduced themselves as Spectrum & wanted to give me a special bundled saving plan. I already have Spectrum, told them that yet they proceeded to try to sell me a package deal to which I don't need or I'd already have it... she wouldn't shut up, so I hung up!

A lady talking very fast said she had some questions for me about my current account. She asked how much I was paying...I replied. Then I told her I was at Disney and I could barely understand her so I asked her to call me back during the week. She called a few times after but for x reasons I didnt pick up. After 3 days, I was with my husband and she called again. I didn't take it but then my husband called back to see what she wanted. I guy picked up the phone and as soon as we said hi, he hung up on us.

Caller provided the name Christine Anderson and claimed to be calling from Spectrum/Brighthouse about upgrading my internet to "fiber" and sending a technician to "change out my equipment". I own my cable modem so I told her they couldn't change it out. She said that there would be no charge but insisted that the technician would need to come inside my house to check the equipment. I asked to speak with the technician but the caller just gave me a phone number to call. I called a legitimate Brighthouse phone number and they didn't know anything about that program and said tit was probably a scam. Spookiest part is that she kept asking to have a technician come to my house.
