Thanks for this note. This makes sense, that's my internet provider. This number has been calling me a lot and I just answered when I wasn't paying attention because I'm also waiting for a delivery from Lowe's. They hung up quickly but I'm don't doubt it is brighthouse because they've been trying to upsell me thought email and mail since they switched to spectrum.
