Called back, got an initally confused person, recovered and said they were from the University of Chicago and the CDC doing a survey on vaccinations, then asked how many children under 18 were in the house. Sorry, not going to answer this, if this is a legit survery, they are doing it wrong.

all you people saying this is not a scam are clueless. Surveys for health are done when people go and volunteer information. you don't call every person and hope they fall in the guidelines of the survey they are doing, that's ridiculous, a waste of money & time. they are just fishing for more info on you. the CDC does most surveys through clinics or Dr. offices.
