I sold an item on paypal to a buyer I believe had buyers remorse. They filed a claim and Paypal sided with them immediately and charged me back the funds I had cashed out. Now they're wanting the money back without even giving me die process. Once I receive my item back I'll load the cash back into my paypal acct but not before. I suspected this call was paypal and why i came on here to check. Its a very safe bet it is in fact PayPal but they should contact me via my app since thats where all the business is handled from. I would never give them money over the phone anyways.
