Agree. Never say "yes" on the phone if you're not 100% sure whom you're talking to. They can claim you said "yes" to paying for goods or services, whether or not you wanted them or actually received them. I used to get calls asking "Is this a business?" I said "What number are you calling?" and they kept repeating "Is this a business?"
