Lynn with Blue Spruce called my workplace today. After doing research (to see if it's worth bothering my boss over), I found their website at www.bluespruceenergy.com . An earlier rating mentioned that they will probably try to convince you to change providers, which makes so much sense! Lynn with Blue Spruce explained that they handle the gas portion of the PG&E bills. She then said that she needs the account owners approval to remove the "customer charge" on the gas portion of the bill. It was a bit odd when she said that she couldn't call back- We could only call her at 888-449-6744 ext.: 3025

A woman named Amber from Blue Spruce was calling in regards to our gas bill. Which we do not have for our business as we are renting and utilities are included. She was polite and left a number and extension.

(707)-629-4328 called several times. I did not answer because I did not recognize number. After several more calls I picked up. He said his name was Tristan from Blue Spruce. He said I was going to credit to my PG&E account. I told him to give me his number so I could call PG&E to verify. He then proceeded to give me instructions to go online. I asked for his number again. He gave me 888-449-6744 ext 3012. I told him I would call PG&E to verify. He tried persisting me to give him info on my bill. I hung up. He called back 3 more times, I did not answer. On last time he left a very insistent message to call back with bill in hand.

Lady left a voice message that it was important to call back in regards to our gas bill. When I did, she went into how they could get us a price reduction- which usually means they want you to change providers. I told her I was not interested. She then called back! I told her I was not interested and she kept insisting I had to listen to her- I told her that she needed to stop calling me and she still kept insisting. I had to hang up on her again!
