Yes I was in store 1 week ago about my phone being hacked, and come to find out #MY phone was in someone else's name,they supposed to have cleared it up,I didn't even make it home before they had control over it again,IDK what is going on but I feel like my privacy has been rapped from me,I'm looking into legal counsel,I'm so disappointed in Verizon I've always had their service but obviously they don't protect there loyal customer

Robo-caller telling me my Verizon account has been suspended. Suspecting a scam, I opted to speak to a CSR. While on hold, checked my account status & is in good standing. "Peter" answered & started to ask questions, I replied "Well, you guys called me" and then he hung up on me.

No Kyle, it's a scam. Whoever this scammer is... they are using Verizon's customer service phone number as a cover for their phishing scam. My account is not for a prepay phone and it's on auto-pay...so my bill IS PAID! Smarten up!
