They claim to be Verizon but they absolutely are NOT. They tried to get me to change my PIN with them and my Verizon password. They also tried to port my phone number. They hacked my iphone, and my icloud. They try to get every piece of personal information they can out of you and they are very convincing at it. I had to change my phone number, my phone, icloud - literally everything - buy a new phone! They are a SCAM!

Called to check on my warranty work that is currently happening with Samsung. Had all the details about my warranty work and what was being done to the phone and even asked if I had some of the other issues they had been seeing with Galaxy S10's that are legit issues I have seen on the web from researching my issue. Therefore, I think this is a SAMSUNG employee or has a connection to SAMSUNG and VERIZON that deals with the phones and takes the info. Funny how some of the details the guy gave me could have only been known by opening the package and reading the information I put on the description of the problems.

Fake Verizon account suspension (Scam call) reported by


Robocall stating, “Due to suspicious activity your account has been suspended”. Further stated to press 1 to reactivate account. I hung up without pressing 1 and went to my Verizon app, knowing fully that I would find my account still active, which I did. This is a scam - don’t press any numbers! Don’t give any information out! Hang up and report it (Here and via Verizon’s Call Filter app) and then block the number.

Yes I was in store 1 week ago about my phone being hacked, and come to find out #MY phone was in someone else's name,they supposed to have cleared it up,I didn't even make it home before they had control over it again,IDK what is going on but I feel like my privacy has been rapped from me,I'm looking into legal counsel,I'm so disappointed in Verizon I've always had their service but obviously they don't protect there loyal customer
