Well, you're wrong, it is them. It's the renewal department. Sometimes they don't always have the most up-to-date accurate info because it's a company hired by AAA to try to get people who have expired or are about to expire to renew. Their employees have a nightly quota and if they don't meet it could probably get fired. That's why they're so eager to get you to renew.

They first called me for days from #407-517-0687 but I blocked th and now they're using # 877-795-0568. They claim my credit card info needs to be updated so I should call with that information. They seem to call people whether they have a membership or not. I happen to have one but previously renewed online. AAA has never ever called me regarding membership in the 30 years I have been a member. CC SCAM BEWARE

It's not a scam. It is AAA telemarketing calling to tell you that your membership has expired. if it hasn't...tell them and they can check it out and make sure there are no errors. This number is on their website and their card.
