This caller said they were calling from AAA, saying my membership had been on automatic renewal (I never do), and my credit card wad declined They offered me a 30% or $30 discount if I'd call their toll free number and give a new credit card number.

March 12, 2021: I missed this call, but called right back. A representative said she was just calling members as a courtesy to Thank the member for choosing AAA, and was available for any questions. The call is NOT for renewals or any selling pitch. It is a safe call. I told her my renewal is in June. I also asked questions on prices of memberships so I'm ready to purchase in June. Just wanted to pass this information on.

My AAA membership lapsed due to invalid credit card and renewed on the same day as the (877)795-0568 telephone call. Once I stated that I had renewed by contacting AAA, Priscilla was satisfied and thanked me for my time. Was not pushy or rude.
