Received call stated they were with the Heath insurance. Kept asking my address and spell it. I finally hung up redialed the the # a woman she was a the health plan. Scam

I called this number back and the person that answered said that she was calling from my Health Plan. I suspected this was a SCAM call when the person failed to give her name and asked if I had recently joined my health plan which is not true (I've been a member for some time - and if they really calling from my health plan, they would already know this) .. This appears to be a typical attempt at phishing for information. DO NOT ANSWER ANY CALLS from this #!!!

I did identify my address but she kept telling me to hold on many times or she didn't hear me when I asked her who she calling from again she gave me 3 different answers so I hung up

a woman left a voicemail that this is " Your new healthcare plan (Scam call) reported by


I did not answer because I was alerted it was probably a Scam coming on a Sunday morning. Sure enough some woman left a voicemail saying it was "Your new healthcare plan" and to call back. Of course I did not call back the toll-free number because then they would have my number. People don't realize that if you call back a toll free number even if you have a blocked line they will then have your number -it will appear! So it's obviously some Scam Robocall to try to get people enrolled in a scam health care plan and at the least probably acquire your important numbers... Like Social Security or if you have Medicare or any of those numbers that then they can use to do Scam Billings against your personal information and steal your identity!
