This number came across as 877-262-0887 and 386-213-8902 (Interlachen, FL). Called my son to verify my location. Called me and threatened a court action for a debt from nine years ago. Used the words "debt and fraud" Called back to demand payment before I was to be processed with legal papers in a court action. I refused. I believe these folks either purchase old payday loans for pennies on the dollar; or they illegally pull credit. I intend to file a complaint with the CFPB.

Caller ID showed 412-318-8972. I get a ton of spam calls from the 412 area code so I let them go to voicemail. Said they were trying to locate "me" under a name I have not used in years. Provided the 877-262-0887 on the voicemail they left.

Threats of arrest with no details of what for (Debt collector) reported by


This number called me, my daughter, my ex husband, my current husband's ex wife all saying they are trying to locate me. I talked to them as well. Said they are collecting a debt and going to have me arrested but wouldn't give me any details regarding the debt. Notified my banking institution and they are turning them over to local DA's office. Bank said I was not the first customer to get this harassment from this phone number. Also had a phone number of 254-433-5378
