Did not call him back but did check with BoA-stated he was a scam. Gave them info to pursue investigation. This unmentionable unprintable **** has continued calling daily 2-3 times for 2-3 weeks. Why don't the Feds arrest him & Throw him in the deepest, darkest, nastiest, rattiest, moldiest, toxic drainage dungeon and lose the keys!?

BOA Confirmed it was a Scam (Scam call) reported by


They call me every day, ask if they are speaking to (my name) I say yes and they immediately begin asking me for my personal information. When I tell them they need to tell me what they are calling about before I give them information, they said they can't tell me until they get my information. They said they are calling on behalf of Bank of America (BOA), but aren't Bank of America, and they can't tell me why they are calling until I give them my personal information with lots of information to "confirm my identity" (event though THEY called ME, and asked for me by NAME and I confirmed it was me...what sense does that make?). I told them I'm not comfortable giving details about myself without them telling me who they were or why they were calling. They just hang up on me. I called BOA to tell them what happened and ask if there was any reason I might be receiving the call. They said no, there is no reason they would need to contact me. If they needed to contact me they would do it themselves and already have my info, and that anyone associated with BOA would not ask for my information like that, and they confirmed that it is a scam. They asked me to report them on the BOA website and they will be monitoring my account activity for me as a precaution following this.
