its the pennymac mortgage number - if you have a mortgage with them you don't want to block it but they have a stupid fking system that autocalls you on the day your payment is due that DOESNT simply remind you that your payment is due, but to "please 'call them" with no explanation. They refuse to update the system so that it simply calls you when your payment is late. It goes straight to vmail for me, but it'd be great if they fixed their sht.
